Hum, if I were to remove the lead from a pencil how much would it weigh? How many shaving would it yield. How many pencils to make a pound ? Now with all of that in mind how about a “WAG” I so want an autographed book from Duck Girl. 18.7 ounces 🙂
11.11 ounces, make a wish!
12 oz
Hmmmm…. How about 16 ounces? I’m thinking you sharpen those pencils a lot. Looking forward to seeing the book.
I’m thinking 15.3 oz
11.2 ounces
Doesn’t it depend on the pencil quality? I am guessing you use fancy pencils which are heavier- yet a shaving is quite light. Lots of pondering going on here. I will say 13.5 ounces.
They’re Prismacolor pencils if that changes your answer Bethany! (Art Supply House sells them if you’re really wanting to dive into your research!)
12.1 oz for me
9 ounces
